Complete the following form to pre-register an athlete to participate in the AFS Fezile Dabi Cross Country Running League.

    Please take note:
  • Pre-registration is required. No entries will be accepted or processed on race days.
  • Athletes who compete in multiple categories / distances must submit separate registration forms for each of the events.
  • Once an athlte pre-registered it is NOT requried to register again for each league event in this series.
  • The R50 entry fee per league is paid upon arrival at the race venue on race day.
  • Please DO NOT deposit entry fees into the organiser's bank account.

ASA license number of the athlete being registerd. Leave this field empty if you have not yet received your ASA license.

Gender of the athlete being registered.
The gender-age category that the athlete will compete in. Submit seperate registrations to compete in multiple distances / categories to receive a different race number for each event (Senior and 2km sprint).

Cell number of the emergency contact person.

CLOSING DATE FOR LEAGUE AFFILIATION & ENTRIES

Clubs / schools who want to affiliate with this league must do so before the final entries closing date for league 4 on Wednesday 03 June 2026. The final date for athletes to pre-register for this league will also be Wednesday 03 June 2026. After this date no further affiliation and entries will be accepted for the remainder of the 2026 season of the AFS Fezile Dabi Cross Country Running League. Entries for leagues 1-4 will close on the Wednesday prior to the upcoming league. After entries for league 4 closed, it will no longer be possible to affiliate with, or enter athletes to participate in the upcoming league events thereafter.
